Slim’s Quality Burger to open two Queensland venues

The popular burger joint will expand to the sunshine state with two new locations in Kippa-Ring and Slacks Creek. The venues are set to open in September and will feature and extended breakfast offering alongside the made-to-order burger menu. The breakfast menu is set to include dishes such as a bacon and sausage breakfast burger, chia pudding, freshly squeezed orange juice, and nut-free granola.

The former operators of shuttered Kenthurst cafe Est by Fig and Co in Sydney are in hot water after it’s alleged two workers were paid the incorrect entitlements when their employment ended. Annangrove Road Pty Ltd, which operated the cafe before it closed, employed two visa workers who worked as full-time chefs during various periods between September 2020 to June 2021.
