House Made Hospitality’s latest venue Martinez is opening its first instalment today in Sydney’s Quay Quarter Tower. Martinez Terrace Bar is the first part of the venue to open its doors, with the restaurant and kiosk set to follow next week on 12 October. The culinary offering is being spearheaded by Executive Chef Alex Wong (Lana) and Head Chef Andrea Sonnante (ex-Sagra).

Oaxacan-born chef Manuel Diaz opened eatery Nu’u by Nativo earlier this year with his partner Diana Farrera to cure a case of homesickness. The restaurant and mezcal bar is located in Sydney’s Inner West, and is the duo’s second venue, joining taqueria Nativo. Nu’u by Nativo champions Oaxacan cuisine and serves a menu based on traditional recipes and cooking techniques from the area.

Radisson Blu Glasgow has unveiled almost 250 completely renovated bedrooms as part of a £15m refurbishment project. Beginning in January 2023, over the course of eight months the team “carefully curated” a new look for the hotel. As part of the large-scale investment in the hotel, Radisson Blu Glasgow appointed designer Marie Soliman, founder of revered Bergman Design House in London, to develop a design which “reflects the luxurious offering of the hotel”.

The Radisson Blu Glasgow has completed a £15m refurbishment project, renovating nearly 250 bedrooms over eight months. Designer Marie Soliman was enlisted to create a new luxurious design for the hotel, inspired by Scotland’s rugged beauty.
