Fattal secures £43 million to fund The Grand Brighton

UK: Property lender Leumi UK has provided a £43.7 million loan to Fattal Hotel Group to fund the acquisition and refurbishment of The Grand Brighton. Fattal Hotel Group acquired The Grand Brighton from Wittington Investments in February this year. Fattal owns several brands including Leonardo Hotels and NYX, alongside other independent hotels like The Grand such as The Dilly in London.
