Room rates in UK hotels see ‘marked increase’ in April

Room rates of UK and London hotels saw more of a marked increase in April than in previous years, according to the RSM Hotels Tracker. The data revealed that average daily rates (ADR) of occupied rooms increased from £135.69 (March) to £142.73 (April). London hotels saw an even bigger jump from £203.73 to £217.62. Overall, room rates are up 16% in the UK and 17% in London when compared to the same month last year.
