The Hickstead Hotel in Bolney, West Sussex, and The Grovefield House Hotel in Burnham, Buckinghamshire, have been sold to Uno Hotels on behalf of undisclosed clients. Uno Hotels will be running the assets through two new companies; Cumberland Assets Ltd and Four Hillside Assets Ltd.

UK: Private investment company Wirefox has bought the Ardwogan Hotel located in St Andrews through its Marram Hotels business. The acquisition marks the second property in the Marram Hotels portfolio, joining The Bushmills Inn in Ireland. The latest asset was purchased from the McLachlan family for an undisclosed sum.

Wirefox Real Estate Group has received a loan from OakNorth Bank to part-fund its acquisition of The Ardgowan Hotel in St Andrews Scotland. The Ardgowan Hotel is a Scottish Tourist Board three-star rated accommodation which comprises 29 en-suite bedrooms, with a further seven in the adjoining Pilmour hotel.
