Neo-Indian eatery Masala Theory arrives in Bondi Beach

Masala Theory has expanded and will open its second location in Sydney’s Bondi Beach tomorrow. Following its Surry Hills outpost that opened in 2017, the latest location will serve all the Masala Theory favourites including the venue’s signature curry bombs. Chef Sreekanth Munnangi has curated the menu which will feature a range of Gujarati-inspired recipes plus Indian street food dishes and snacks.

Hobart operators cop close to $70,000 in penalties
