Sonas Hotel Collection, a group of hotels on the Isle of Skye, has announced the appointment of Joeseph Carroll as its first ‘head of people’. In his new role, Carroll will oversee the HR requirements and people development across Sonas Hotel’s focusing on training, recruitment and retention.
