Hotel development and management company NexGen Hotels has acquired the EVEN Hotel Miami – Airport. The upscale, select-service property will be managed by Genuine Hospitality Group.
Each guestroom at the hotel features an in-room training zone, workspace, LED mood lighting, blackout shades and eucalyptus linens. The guest bathroom offers a spa-inspired shower complete with Beekman bath products. Amenities at the pet-friendly hotel include green areas for dog walking, a resort-style swimming pool, a 24/7 fitness studio and the EVEN Kitchen & Bar.
“We see Florida as a growing market for us and this acquisition offers an assortment of value opportunities for our company,” said Chris Patel, president, NexGen Hotels. “We are also excited to add the EVEN hotel brand to our portfolio as it is well received by health-conscious travelers.”
Located a mile from Miami International Airport, the hotel is close to PortMiami, Waterford Business District, Brickell City Centre and Miracle Mile. Nearby attractions include DRV PNK Stadium, LoanDepot Park, the University of Miami, Florida International University, South Beach, Miami Seaquarium and the future Miami Freedom Park Stadium.
