Hotel management company Maine Course Hospitality Group has broken ground on the TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Williston, VT, a submarket of the greater Burlington area. This venture is a result of a collaborative effort between Maine Course Hospitality and Redstone VT Property Management, the property’s owner and developer.
The TownePlace Suites will be located in Finney Crossing. a joint venture between Snyder Homes and Rieley Properties that is a 100-acre master-planned development that includes more than 400 apartments, 175 single-family homes, 50 condos, a variety of commercial space, one existing hotel and more than 30 acres of dedicated public park space. The TownePlace Suites will be the only new Marriott product in the Williston submarket and the first new Marriott product in the greater Burlington area since 2010.

Financing is being provided by Mascoma Bank. The project is expected to be completed by spring 2025.
