Hamister Group has acquired Homewood Suites by Hilton Newtown – Langhorne, PA. The hotel is located in Newtown, near the Pennsylvania-New Jersey border and 13 miles from Trenton, NJ.

The facility, opened in 2010 and renovated in 2018, serves the Greater Philadelphia market. In addition to its 104 guestrooms, the hotel offers meeting space, a fitness center, a business center and an indoor pool.
