UK: Bird Group’s hospitality arm, Roseate Hotels & Resorts, has acquired five-star The Dunstane Houses in Edinburgh.
The property, which is set across two recently refurbished Victorian townhouses, offers 35 guest rooms and suites, a bar and restaurant, lounge, garden conservatory and private gardens.
Whilst the transaction value has not been disclosed, Dunstane Houses were marketed by Savills Scotland at a guide price of £7.5 million.

Furthermore, the recent openings of the Gleneagles Townhouse and Virgin Hotel, as well as the upcoming entrants of the W Hotel and Roomzzz at St James Quarter will bolster the city’s hotels product and broaden the appeal of the city to travellers.”
