Atholl Hotel reduces asking price
The Atholl was previously being marketed by Bruce and Co but now Cornerstone Business Agents are responsible for the sale
The Atholl Hotel in Aberdeen has reduced its asking price from £3.5m down to £3.2m to “better reflect” the market.
Co-owners Gordon Sinclair and Richard Nicoll first marketed the 34-bedroom property in June last year.
Following the sale Sinclair intends to retire while Nicoll will focus on his other business interests.
The hotel’s totalised net turnover for the year ended 30th November 2022 was £2.07m.
In this figure, 58% of it was food, 30% was accommodation and room hire while 12% was
liquor sales.
The hotel features a restaurant which seats 60, a bar with a capacity for 45 and a lounge seating 24 giving space for 129 guests collectively.
