The Harbour Hotel Group has launched to market The Kings Arms Hotel in Christchurch at a guide price of £4m. 

The Kings Arms Hotel is a newly refurbished boutique hotel featuring 20 luxury en suite bedrooms and the multi-award winning King’s Restaurant, with wedding venue and events facilities. 

The King’s Restaurant accommodates up to 80 covers and is one of the only restaurants in Dorset to have been awarded the Bib Gourmand Award for three consecutive years. There is a separate bar area with 60 covers and a function space for up to 120 guests. 

Externally, the King’s Pavilion and bowling green have been recently restored and the space is used for a range of functions and events including BBQs, weddings and larger events.

The property features two main elements: the hotel, restaurant and function / wedding space which is held freehold and the bowling green and pavilion, which is used for events, is held leasehold.
