UK: The Retreat at Elcot Park, part of The Signet Collection, has launched nine residences for individual purchase.
The nine units, comprised of two three-bedroom residences and seven two-bedroom residences, have been built using local materials and feature a kitchen and dining area, lounge, bathroom stocked with Bramley products, and log burning stoves. Concierge services are also available when needed.
In addition to the basic facilities, owners can work with the Retreat’s team of interior designers to personalise each unit, including the fit out.
Owners’ can use their residence for up to 25 per cent of the year, and when vacant will be managed and rented out by the Elcot Park team to generate a regular income.
Hector Ross, founder and managing director of Signet Collection, said: “We are excited to explore the potential of the residential sector and to contribute to the creation of homes away from homes that are designed for guests who would like a more permanent stay with us. It’s been our mission to create bright and homely residences in true Signet style and that are an extension of the hotel.”
The Retreat at Elcot Park, located in west Berkshire, opened in June 2022 and marked the second hotel in The Signet Collection. A third hotel located in Oakham was secured in the same month.
