UK: Tony Burnell has been appointed the portfolio director of Leumi UK’s hotel finance desk.
Burnell brings more than 41 years of experience at Lloyds Bank to the role, 17 of which were sept as the relationship director of Lloyds’ hotels team.
Leumi UK is the British subsidiary of Israeli bank Leumi Group. Notable hotel groups that Leumi UK has supported include Shiva Hotels, 4C hHotel Group, Sircle Collection, Zetter Hotels and more.
Louise Gillon, head of hotel finance at Leumi UK, said: “Tony’s 41-year tenure at Lloyds has given him an unmatched depth and breadth of experience in the hotel sector and we’re very much looking forward to having him onboard with our expert team.
