Serbia: Developer, owner and operator PPHE Hotel Group will debut its first Radisson RED hotel in Serbia under the group’s extended partnership with Radisson Hotel Group.

Located in Belgrade, the hotel will be operated by PPHE’s Croatian subsidiary Arena Hospitality Group. The property is currently branded as the Arena 88 Rooms Hotel and will undergo a refurbishment, set to relaunch as Radisson RED later this year.

Design studio Atellior will lead the redesign. When complete, the hotel will feature a red Zastava 750 car in the lobby.

Amenties will include an all-day restaurant on the ground floor, a top floor coworking space, flexible events space including game areas, and a rooftop bar.
