The Summer Lodge Hotel and The Acorn Hill brought to market for £7m

The sale includes a number of other cottages in the village of Evershot which are primarily used as staff accommodation

The Summer Lodge Hotel and The Acorn Inn in Dorset have recently been brought to market for £7m on behalf of Red Carnation Hotels.

The Summer Lodge Hotel is a multi-award winning five-star hotel in Evershot, Dorset, comprising 26 luxury en suite bedrooms, a three AA rosette restaurant, renowned whiskey bar, spa and wellness facilities, and gardens.

The Acorn Inn is a traditional English country coaching inn dating from the 16th century, set in close proximity to the hotel. It has 10 en-suite bedrooms, a large car park and a garden area. The Acorn Inn has a long history and is mentioned in Thomas Hardy’s renowned novel ‘Tess of the d’Urbervilles’.

Alongside the Summer Lodge Hotel and Acorn Inn, the sale includes a number of other cottages in the village of Evershot which are primarily used as staff accommodation.
