Castlerock reveals expansion of Bobby brand across the US

US: Hotel developer Castlerock Asset Management has revealed plans to expand its independent hotel Bobby Nashville across multiple states in north America.

Owned and managed by Castlerock Asset Management, Bobby Nashville marked the first hotel under the Bobby Hotels brand. The nine-storey property opened in 2018 and offers 144 rooms, multiple food and beverage outlets including a café and restaurant and bar, a rooftop venue and bar, meeting spaces and street-level retail.

To celebrate the fifth anniversary of Bobby Nashville, Castlerock has revealed a larger brand expansion across the country. The group is considering properties for conversion and ground-up development in cities such as Detroit, Fort Worth, Savannah and Seattle.
