Somani Hotels acquires the Aubrey Park Hotel

UK: Global property advisor Knight Frank has completed the sale of Aubrey Park Hotel near St. Albans to Somani Hotels Limited for an undisclosed sum.

Originally an 18th century farmhouse, Aubrey Park now offers 137 en-suite bedrooms, a restaurant, six meeting rooms, a conference facility, and fitness space. The grounds also include a six acre meadow and a landscaped garden available for event hire.

The transaction marks the second hotel Knight Frank has sold to the Somani following the recent acquisition of the 44-room One Mill Street in Luton. The company also owns The Bell Hotel in Epping.
