US: Rosewood Hotel Group has announced the development of Rosewood Residences in Turtle Creek, Dallas, scheduled for completion in 2025.

The 17-storey tower, to be developed by One Turtle Creek and led by architect Lucien Lagrange, will comprise around 46 residences. Each residence will range from 2,000 to 6,380 square-feet and will come with the option to combine units. Designer Dan Fink will oversee the interiors.

Amenities at Rosewood Residences Turtle Creek will include a rooftop infinity pool and lounge, a landscaped garden, a fitness centre, library, and private dining room spaces. A first floor lounge, full time concierge, valet, and pet friendly offerings such as a dedicated dog park, pet spa and garden will also be available.

Brad Berry, VP of global residential development at Rosewood Hotel Group, said: “Given the symbolic significance Dallas holds for us at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, we are thrilled to be bringing our residential concept to this market. Planting the Rosewood Residences flag in the same neighbourhood as our very first hotel is a great moment for us as we continue to grow our footprint.

“But, of course, Turtle Creek is a special setting in its own right, and I think these one-of-a-kind residences embrace the area’s natural beauty, rich history and incredible location, and provide residents with an unrivalled quality of life in Dallas,” he added.

Preston Cheng, developer at One Turtle Creek, said: “With this project, we are realising our vision of bringing timeless architecture together with exceptional service in the upscale residential neighbourhood of Turtle Creek. This hasn’t been done before in Dallas, and to do so with Rosewood, renowned architect Lucian Lagrange, and AD100 interior designer Dan Fink, adds another level of excitement.”

Residential sales for Rosewood’s Turtle Creek property are set to commence this year.
