UAE: Dubai-based lifestyle hospitality company LEVA Hotels has announced six signings in the Middle East and Africa.
LEVA Hotels has signed two management agreements in Saudi Arabia to open the EKONO by LEVA Al Shati hotel and the EKONO by LEVA Jeddah Airport hotel. The properties will become the first to launch under the EKONO by LEVA brand, which is described as “smart and trendy… with cosy rooms”.
In Nigeria, LEVA Hotels will be responsible for the transformation and management of Reiz Continental Hotel by Leva – a project under construction in partnership with developers Kostarget Projects LTD and owned by REIZ Continental Hotels LTD.
When complete, the hotel will offer five food and beverage concepts. It will fall under the LEVA Hotels and Resorts brand, comprising properties of four stars and above.
In Uganda, LEVA Hotels has taken over the boutique hotel Emin Pasha, owned by The Emin Pasha Ltd. The property is now under renovation.
Two properties, including the luxury resort Afrotsion Semera Resort, has also been signed in Ethiopia, marking the group’s debut in the country. The 60-key Harsade Harbour Resort is set to launch this year and will include five restaurants and three conference halls.

Founded in 2019, LEVA provides full-service management of third-party hotel assets. The group’s flagship property is the LEVA Mazaya Centre – Dubai and in 2021, took over management of Resivation, an upscale coliving property in Dubai’s Al Furjan development.
The group also manages a third brand, LEVA Hotel Residences, for extended stays.
LEVA is targeting upcoming locations in Morocco, Egypt, Sri Lanka, KSA, and Qatar.
