Worldwide: Luxury lifestyle hospitality brand Nikki Beach Global will open two beach resorts in Antigua (the Caribbean) and Baku (west Asia) in 2025.
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Antigua is currently under development in partnership with White Sand Development Ltd. Further details about the project are expected to be released in the coming months.
The property in Baku is being developed in partnership with Nardaran Beach Resort LLC. It will feature six bungalows, 49 beach villas with private pools, and approximately 90 rooms and suites. The villas will be available for holiday rental as well as private residences.
Other amenities at the Baku resort include three restaurants – Café Nikki, Escape, and Soul Lounge – as well as two swimming pools, the Nikki Spa, and a gym. It marks the brand’s first standalone resort without a beach club.
The management team at Naradran Beach Resort LLC said: “We are excited to welcome Nikki Beach to the market of beautiful Azerbaijan. This will be the first Nikki Beach resort in the central Asian market and we are convinced that our partnership will not only produce one of the finest resorts in the area, but will also deliver a true added value to the entire luxury lifestyle market and the local community alike.”

Late last year, Nikki Beach announced the 2024 opening of its resort and spa in Muscat. It will include a hotel, beach club and residences.
Currently, the company operates 11 beach clubs and five hotels and resorts worldwide. Locations within its hotel portfolio include Koh Samui (Thailand), Porto Heli (Greece), Dubai (UAE), Santorini (Greece), and Montenegro (Tivat).
