Hyatt has entered into a franchise agreement with SIC Hospitality GmbH for Kennedy 89. The property is currently under development and is set to open this year.

The hotel will have a destination restaurant with street-level entrances and outdoor seating, as well as standalone bars on the first floor and the rooftop.

Other amenities include an on-site gym and 1,400 square-feet of event space equipped with a central lounge and bar.

The façade of the new-build property will be designed by architectural firm Eike Becker and the interiors will be led by Studio Lux Berlín.
