UAE: NH Collection Dubai The Palm, a new-build hotel located on Palm Jumeirah, has opened marking the brand’s debut in the Middle East.
The 532-key hotel features 226 rooms and suites in addition to 306 studios and apartments across 11 room categories.
It offers five F&B venues, five meeting spaces which can cater up to 45 people, a rooftop bar and infinity pool, a gym, spa treatments, and a kid’s club. The hotel will also soon launch its own beach club adjacent to the property on West Palm Beach.
Sustainability is a core feature of the new hotel. NH Collection Dubai has its own water plant, where solar panels are used to generate hot water and condensed water from the air conditioning system, which is then used for irrigation. Room amenities are also vegan and made to reduce and recycle waste.
Initiatives to launch later in the year include an onsite apiary, a hydroponic farm within the hotel and a community market.
NH Collection Dubai The Palm joins an existing portfolio of over 90 NH Collection properties worldwide. The brand is part of Minor Hotels, an international hotel owner, operator and investor with currently more than 540 hotels in operation.
