RealTime Reservation, LLC is pleased to announce the appointment of three new hires, Steve Keisling, Amanda Rivera, and Mara Prepetit.

Steve Keisling as EVP-Product & Business Development. Steve brings over 15 years of experience working in various roles at Uniguest.

Before joining RealTime Reservation, Steve served as COO at Uniguest. He was responsible for driving new technology and adopting many successful programs. He helped build out the infrastructure while landing Hilton and Choice mandates that launched the company on the current trajectory they are on now.

Steve's successes at Uniguest included:

  • Driving brand adoption of technology.
  • Building programs from mandated wins within the brands.
  • Developing long-term strategies within their product portfolio.

With his extensive experience, skill set, relationships, and long record of success, we are excited to welcome Steve to the RTR executive team.

Steve lives in Mount Juliet, TN, with his wife Shannon and daughter Addison. He is an avid tech and sci-fi geek, bourbon collector, military history enthusiast, and he loves to travel.

Amanda Rivera also joins RealTime Reservation as Marketing Manager. With 10 years of agency, in-house, and volunteer experience, Amanda has a broad skill set in creative direction, digital marketing, and graphic design. She has worked on projects in various industries and has a proven track record of being self-motivated, compassionate, and a team player. Amanda's work experiences include her role as Creative Director at RGNY Vineyard, where she was responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across RGNY's brand, events, tasting room, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer channels. At Edge Electronics, Inc., she was a Digital Marketing Specialist; her responsibilities included planning and overseeing the launch of a modern, responsive e-commerce website and managing all company marketing efforts. Amanda has also worked for a number of other brands and nonprofits, doing everything from implementing campaigns, creating collateral, and managing social media assets, brochures, product sheets, advertisements, and press releases.

Mara Prepetit joins RealTime Reservation as an Account Manager, bringing over a decade of relationship management, leadership, and training experience. Most of her experience is in the software industry in her last roles at GPS Trackit as the Director of Training and Churn Manager. There she developed a software training program from the ground up, managed the training team, developed relationships with clients, and worked with the client success team in identifying risk and reducing churn. She is excited to join RealTime Reservation and looks forward to being part of a growing team.
