The Novar Arms, which is located in the rural village of Evanton, Dingwall, has brought to market the freehold going concern for an asking price of £649,500. 

The Scottish Highland venue is a favourite spot amongst the local community, while also benefiting from year-round tourists travelling through the North Coast 500.
