Three Daish’s Group hotels hit the market

The Barrowfield Hotel in Newquay is listed for £2.8m, The County Hotel in Kendal for £1.8m and Daish’s Blackpool for £1.9m

Three hotels part of Daish’s Group portfolio of properties are currently being marketed by Savills. 

The assets include the freehold of Barrowfield Hotel, Newquay, the freehold of County Hotel, Kendal and the freehold of Daish’s Blackpool. The assets are available individually or as a portfolio.

The Barrowfield Hotel is a coastal hotel with 80 en suite bedrooms, a 170-cover restaurant and a large ballroom which holds 130 people. The hotel also benefits from an indoor swimming pool, sauna and games room. Externally, the site extends to 0.6 acres and is located close to Newquay’s beaches and town centre. The guide price for this asset is £2.8m.

The County Hotel is an 18th century hotel situated in Kendal town centre, the gateway to the Lake District National Park. The hotel, which is 8.5 miles from Windermere, comprises 41 en suite bedrooms, a 75-cover restaurant as well as a coffee shop and bar. Located across the road from Kendal railway station, the hotel presents well having been recently refurbished. The guide price for this asset is £1.8m.

Daish’s Blackpool is an end terrace coastal hotel and comprises 72 en suite bedrooms, a 130-cover restaurant, bar, coffee shop and an entertainment room. The site benefits from panoramic sea views of the beach and is located close to Blackpool North railway station and Blackpool Tower on the North shore of the town. The guide price for this asset is £1.9m.
