Meet Our Leaders

BirchStreet Systems Executive Chairman Brendan Reidy holds Board and executive positions at Top Image Systems, XRS Corporation, Trident Capital, Clarus Systems, and Qwest Communications. With a career focused on providing top-notch customer-focused capabilities and technologies, Reidy’s customer-centric mindset and deep product development expertise have helped propel BirchStreet’s leadership team.

As a recent addition to the team, Chief Executive Officer John Fay works to guide BirchStreet as the leading P2P platform for the hospitality industry, bringing more than 30 years of expertise in transforming and growing global technology and information services.

Using his 30 years of experience as a key executive in the software sector, John McCaffrey serves as BirchStreet’s Chief Customer Officer.

Thanks to his dedication to the tech sector as a finance executive for more than 20 years, Bill Smith diligently works as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Also, with more than two decades worth of experience in his field, Raghu Rajah uses his expertise as a top tech executive with various global companies to function as BirchStreet's Chief Technology Officer.

Kris Herrin operates as the team’s General Manager of Payments, drawing on more than 25 years of strong technical experience, innovative problem-solving, and value-building at high-growth technology companies.

As Senior Vice President, Kim Huff presides over pre-sales solutions consulting for the company, pairing clients with the right capabilities and implementation practices.

Jon Castillo, BirchStreet’s Vice President of Technical Services oversees the Technical Services team that manages the configurations, interfaces, supplier services, project management, and technical support for the company.

Levering her hospitality and procurement experience, Karla Kannan operates as Senior Vice President of Customer Success to prioritize customers' needs and goals across portfolios and verticals.

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing Enablement, Gareth Fraser brings his 30-years of experience in international sales and marketing to drive BirchStreet’s success through the implementation of secure data-driven growth strategies.

Managing Director of Birch Street Zhang Han oversees all aspects of operations in Asia Pacific, including project management, training, technical services, support, and sales.

With over 20 years of hospitality and gaming technology management experience, Joe DeVore functions as BirchStreet’s strategic Vice President of Casinos and Gaming.

Another recent addition to BirchStreet’s leadership team, Rosa Block serves as Senior Vice President of Global Implementations, utilizing her experience in product management, operations, business strategy, and transformation.

Vice President of Product David Barber’s 25 years of experience in product management, client solutions, and training contributes to BirchStreet’s product enhancement and stability.

Timothy McCulloh was most recently appointed to Vice President of Strategic Account Management, functioning as a strong executive leader with a focus on customer success and driving positive outcomes for BirchStreet Systems.
