Mazzarò Sea Palace, which is just down the waterfront, but is set on a sandy beach on Mazzarò Bay, has reimagined dining concepts, with a new gourmet restaurant BLUM uniquely set on two small terraces facing the Bay, and a new look for its signature restaurant, Armònia.

Mazzarò Sea Palace also enjoys a stunning setting facing the Mediterranean Sea, but this resort, enjoys a sandy beachfront with lounge beds and a view bookended by large volcanic rocks rising from the sea. Each of the rooms have large terraces facing the sea, many with their own plunge pools.

For the 2023 season, Mazzarò has a new gourmet restaurant, BLUM, set alongside the pool on two small terraces facing the sea and offering a refined menu based on local Sicilian ingredients and opening in May. The new restaurant joins the hotel's signature Armònia restaurant, which enjoys a new look this season. And along with its Almarè bar, each overlook the bay of Mazzarò from splendid panoramic terraces.

All the gastronomic experiences at Mazzarò are helmed by the young and talented Chef Riccardo Fazio, whose cuisine presents local dishes and ingredients in new ways, always with the sea as the main player. For example, a tuna tartare starter is prepared with Bronte pistachio powder, saffron blood orange chips and red onion ice cream; and a cannoli is re-invented stuffed with creamed cod, cheese and pepper fondue, crispy bacon.
