UK: Bristol-based Your Apartment has opened its largest aparthotel yet with the Your Apartment Milton Keynes.
The 65 unit aparthotel offers 27 studio apartments, 25 open plan one bedroom apartments and 13 one bedroom apartments.
The aparthotel offers a coworking/lobby space, Peloton gym and a ‘Pantree Honesty Market’ where guests can enjoy essentials using an honesty box.
All apartments have a fully integrated kitchenette, en-suite bathroom with rainforest shower, super-king, king or twin beds and space to dine and relax.
Each apartment has wifi, Chromecast TV’s, air conditioning, SMEG toasters and kettles, Nespresso machines and artwork commissioned by Alexander Grahovsky.
Toby Guest, director and co-founder of Your Apartment, said: “After a rather busy few months, we’re very happy to be able to share that the aparthotel is now open for business. It is always a daunting experience when launching any new business in a new city, but the immense support and encouragement which we have had from local businesses and organisations has been really warming. Each apartment is accessible using high spec digital key code access and there are 12 onsite private parking spaces, three with EV electric charging points, bicycle storage.
Guest added: “Business travel has bounced back in recent months following the aftermath of COVID and continues to look strong despite some uncertainty apparent ahead. Milton Keynes is a buzzy hive of activity with business travellers coming in an abundance from London, the wider UK and from across the globe to meet and collaborate with their colleagues at all levels. In August, Your Apartment announced the opening of another Bristol property, Arabica House.
