LOTTE HOTELS & RESORTS, South Korea's largest hotel group, announced the soft launch of L7 HOTELS BY LOTTE WEST LAKE HANOI in Hanoi, Vietnam on July 28. This marks the first international expansion of the L7 HOTELS BY LOTTE brand.

Situated in the central Tay Ho area of Hanoi, L7 HOTELS BY LOTTE WEST LAKE HANOI is part of the Lotte Mall West Lake Hanoi complex. This mall complex is the largest in Vietnam, encompassing a total area of 353,700 sq.m.

Comprising two 23-story towers, the L7 HOTELS BY LOTTE WEST LAKE HANOI offers 264 hotel rooms and 192 serviced residence rooms with views of the West Lake and the Red River. Each room in the hotel comes with a terrace, creating a tropical sanctuary that blends with the surrounding natural beauty.

The West Lake area's rich history and popularity among foreigners and tourists have led to the branding of the hotel as a 5-star full-service lifestyle establishment. Equipped with various supporting amenities, this lifestyle hotel emphasizes trendy interior design and services, offering a unique and locally inspired experience to its guests.

An exclusive lounge known as Lake Salon is available for guests staying in premium rooms, featuring access to the Club Lounge and services including afternoon tea and happy hour.

The hotel also boasts a rooftop infinity pool on the 23rd floor that provides panoramic views of West Lake, with a 16km circumference, enhancing the sensation of spaciousness.
