Hotel Amano Covent Garden to launch Penelope’s restaurant
The hotel is the first international property from Berlin-based hotelier Amano Group, and opened earlier this year
Hotel Amano Covent Garden is set to open a new signature restaurant, Penelope’s, which will reportedly mix Spanish and Israeli flavours with a “Berlin-meets-London sensibility”.
