Nemacolin turns to Percipia for hospitality technology for its 280-room hotel. Percipia, a leading hospitality solutions provider, upgraded Nemacolin resort to provide property management interfacing, in-room guest-facing XML applications, and hospitality-built voicemail systems.

Spanning 2,200 acres, this heritage property underwent a systems refresh and selected Percipia’s solutions to provide essential hospitality features like housekeeping room updates, wake-up calls, caller-ID, and more for its luxurious guestrooms. Nemacolin has been lauded by Forbes for more than a decade, but the high honor of receiving 22 Stars has been for the last three years.

Nemacolin selected Percipia Parallax due to existing connections between our property management systems and phone system. This allowed for a quick timeline for setup.
