Accor is set to open Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport on 26 November 2023. The hotel is conveniently located within a 10-minute drive of Haneda Airport, a gateway to Japan with several international and domestic flights daily.

Under the design concept of "Tokyo Eclectic", Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport fuses pieces of ancient Tokyo, with the Tokyo of the future, while providing a creative space where design blends traditional Japanese handicrafts with Mercure's signature European style, creating a new yet nostalgic experience. The hotel also features décor inspired by Japanese subcultures, such as manga, anime, and electronics, throughout the hotel.

The locally inspired property offers guests a range of facilities and services including 363 guestrooms, a restaurant, a bar, a fitness center, three meeting rooms, a lounge, and a crew lounge to provide a comfortable stay for guests travelling for leisure or for business.

The design of the restaurant and bar, Brasserie s'envoler, located on the first floor, is a modern take on a traditional Japanese teahouse. The menu offers traditional French favorites such as Pâté de Campagne and steak frites with a local flair.

The 2nd floor houses a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, three meeting rooms ranging in size from 17 m² to 53 m² and two lounges including a dedicated crew lounge where crew guests can relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of travel.

Accor currently operates 21 properties (5,085 keys) in Japan under several brands, including Pullman, Swissôtel, Mercure, Novotel, ibis, ibis Styles and ibis Budget. Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport will become the 9th Mercure hotel in Japan and will join a collection of over 900 Mercure addresses globally across over 60 countries.
