The freehold of The Courthouse in Knutsford, East Cheshire, is currently being marketed for an undisclosed sum.  

The grade II listed hotel is arranged over three floors and comprises nine individual bedrooms, a bar and restaurant with private dining options and two meeting rooms which can be converted into double bedrooms.

The wedding venue offers The Banquet Hall with a private bar for 300 people and can be used for other events such as christenings, wakes, family gatherings or corporate dinners.

The property benefits from 30 parking spaces, and planning permission for a further 42 bedrooms and construction of a rooftop bar.

The surrounding Cheshire Countryside offers rural landscapes including the Cheshire Plain and the Peak District National Park which offers a wide range of outdoor activities and water sports.
