UAE: The Palm Jumeirah is to offer new luxury serviced apartments, at Mansio at Th8, which will go up for sale later this month.

Mansio at Th8 is a collection of contemporary, furnished serviced apartments on the beach designed to cater for families.

Mansio at Th8 offers one-bedroom, two-bedroom, three-bedroom fully furnished and serviced apartments, with a selection of “lock-off” apartments that offer flexibility for larger groups and extended families. Residents can enjoy hotel living with home comforts.

Amenities at the development include a la carte services, a concierge with 24-hour security, a children’s pool and dedicated play area, a beachfront restaurant, and pool.

The Devmark Group, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing real estate project sales and marketing consultancies, has been appointed as the master agent for the sales and marketing of Mansio at Th8.

The Devmark Group has been mandated to sell the collection of furnished and serviced apartments at Mansio at Th8 Hotel, and the project will go on sale this month, December 2022.

Azizi Developments launched a flagship AED750 million serviced hotel apartments project on the Palm Jumeirah in 2016.
