UK: Jake Seage, formerly head of sales and reservations at STAY, has joined corporate accommodation booking agent Situ as an account director of business travel.
Seage spent almost three and half years with serviced apartment brand STAY in Camden, where he moved from senior corporate sales manager to his most recent role as head of sales and reservations.
During his time with STAY, the brand won the Best property 71+ units at the Serviced Apartment Awards 2023.
In addition to STAY, Seage has worked with a number of companies including Marlin, Cycas Hospitality, and Go Native.
Alongside his new role with Situ as account director – business travel, Seage is currently deputy chairman and an advisory board member of The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP).
Speaking about his appointment on LinkedIn, Seage said: “It really is difficult to summarise the last three-and-a-half years with the incredible team at STAY. The team are truly some of the best in the industry, and brilliant human beings to work alongside.
“As I depart from one incredible team, I am incredibly excited to join another. Situ are a company I have admired for over 10 years, and am so lucky to be able to join them at a time of immense growth and success.
“I am thrilled to be working with Phil Stapleton and Rebecca Gonzaga and the whole Situ team, and ready to make 2024 the best year yet,” he added.
