Hotel Co 51 appoints new national sales manager

Hotel C0 51, Marriott’s International’s franchise partner for the Moxy brand in Europe and hotel management company in the UK, has appointed Dave Bisgrove as its national sales manager for leisure.

Hotel Co 51 opened Moxy Plymouth just in June which marked the 15th Moxy Hotel for the management company in the UK.

In October last year, it also opened the very first AC Marriott in Scotland, in Inverness.

Prior to joining the hotel group, Bisgrove, who has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years, was group leisure sales manager for Jupiter Hotels before it was taken over by Aimbridge Hospitality.

Hotel Co 51 currently operates over 40 hotels, spanning eight countries.

Bisgrove said: “This is an exciting move for me to work with the Marriott brands including Moxy, Courtyard and AC. There is a great vibe and a fresh approach within the portfolio and it’s great to work with the team on their strategy. I’ve built up strong relationships over the years and look forward to bringing all my experience at such an exciting time for the business.”
