The property is located within Norwich’s historic quarter and offers “one of the best” trading locations for visitors to explore the historic university city.

Simon Jackaman, director of hotels in East Anglia, said: “This is a very attractive underlying piece of real estate, and it is our hope to find a new owner and hopefully new investment through an open marketing process.

“The hotel is operated by staff under management and offers a buyer an excellent opportunity to acquire a good trading business in one of the best locations in East Anglia.”

He added: “In view of the attractive location and potential business upside opportunities presented, I believe that the hotel is likely to generate a wide variety of prospective purchasers and/or investors, both from within the industry as well as those looking for lifestyle investments.”
