The original section of the hotel at 15-17 Duke Street underwent a repositioning and extensive refurbishment to deliver a 14-bed boutique hotel

The Lock and Key hotel in Liverpool City Centre has been brought to market with a guide price of £3m.

The modern, three-storey 26-bed boutique hotel includes a private lounge, vibrant bar and a restaurant on the ground floor and has undergone a recent £800,000 investment.

It is located on a prime entertainment street in the heart of Liverpool City Centre with nearby occupiers including Pins Social Club, The Brunch and Cocktail Club and Duke Street Market.
