Italy: Independently owned serviced apartment Luxe Rome Apartment has opened on Via Venezia in the centre of the city.
Owned by Andrea Valentini, the two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of an Umbertino-style building.
The 150-square-metre property sleeps up to five people. One room comes with a sofa bed and one has a dressing area with en suite bathroom.
It comes with a living room, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen including two ovens, SIEMENS coffee machine, SMEG appliances, a juicer, bread machine, and a washer-dryer. Nespresso coffee machines are included in each bedroom.
On arrival, guests enter a reception area which can also be used to store luggage. A home concierge service is available throughout the stay, as is a private chef.
