Hotel Equities Forms Partnership With PPC Enterprises

ATLANTA—Hotel Equities has formed a strategic partnership with private equity firm PPC Enterprises. The partnership looks to invest in future mergers, strategic alliances, JV opportunities, and acquisitions.

The decision to partner with PPC was nearly a full-year exercise to ensure the companies were aligned on business aspects with an emphasis on its people. The partnership will enable HE to accelerate its development pipeline.
