Milsom Hotels and Restaurants makes three new promotions

Andrew Hirst moves from Executive head chef of Talbooth Restaurant and Milsom Catering to executive head chef of Milsom Hotels and Restaurants

Milsom Hotels and Restaurants in Dedham, Essex, has formed a new management structure that will take the brand “into the future”, with three new promotions.

Ian Rhodes has moved from general manager of Talbooth Restaurant and Milsom Catering to general manager of Milsom Hotels and Restaurants.

He will retain his position as general manager of Talbooth and Milsom Catering, but his portfolio will increase to overseeing, assisting and advising the senior managers at milsoms, The Pier and Talbooth House and Spa.

Like Rhodes, Hirst will continue to do the work related to TR and MC but his portfolio will increase to assisting the executive and head chefs at milsoms and The Pier.

Jess Counsell moves from Milsom Catering event manager to deputy general manager of Talbooth Restaurant and Milsom Catering.

In her new role, Counsell’s responsibilities will now encompass Talbooth Restaurant.
The following team members stepped into their new jobs back in the spring.
