Warner Hotels customers from The Good Housekeeping Institute’s reader panel reviewed its entertainment services, including a range of live music performances, comedy shows, dance classes, theatre productions, quiz nights and cinema screenings.

The results revealed that 81% of participants agreed that there was a wide variety of entertainment throughout the duration of their weekend stay, with a further 68% claiming “there was something for everyone”.

When asked about the immersive nature of the live shows, 64% said the performances “made me feel as if I was truly part of the experience” – and 56% agreed the choreographed and costumed shows were “mesmerising”.

Some 86% of the participants rated their overall experience of the entertainment offering a seven or higher out of 10 – with a further 77% agreeing they were likely to choose Warner Hotels again based on the entertainment they experienced.

Tony Roberts, CCO of Warner Hotels, said: “Whether it’s hosting nation-favourite celebrities or dancing away to top-class tribute acts, our guests return to us time and time again for our exceptional entertainment offering – which is why we couldn’t be more proud to have achieved this accreditation by the Good Housekeeping Institute.

“Aside from being wined and dined in the company of their favourite performer, each of our hotels offers the perfect answer to an all-encompassing escape with a host of new activities to try. Guests love that every need is taken care of within the price of the break, and we’re so proud of our brilliant teams for their hard work which has led to this award.”
