Chiswick in Sydney’s Woollahra has teamed up with Hendrick’s gin to launch The Gardens of Arcadia this week.

The festivities will see a curated menu served in the dining room until 14 November as well as two events hosted on the lawn in front of the restaurant on 28 October and 11 November.

The first garden event will take place this Friday from 5pm and see guests enjoy cocktails crafted with Hendrick’s gin as well as snacks made by Chiswick’s Head Chef Taylor Cullen.

Drinks cover a classic G&T; the Soft Landing with Hendrick’s Lunar, peach liquor and chocolate bitters and the Sorrento with garden lemon-infused Hendrick’s, limoncello, prosecco, grapefruit and finger lime.

Dishes include Sydney rock oysters paired with juniper and lime mignonette; cucumber sandwiches with salted butter and dill (caviar optional); Hervey Bay scallops, thyme and seaweed butter and garden radish with pepita cream and turmeric caramel.

No bookings are required for the lawn events, with walk-ins and bookings available for the dining room.
