Melbourne-based coffee roastery Industry Beans has collaborated with beverage company Capi to release a cold brew martini mixer.

Come 20 March, cocktail connoisseurs will be able to whip up bar-quality espresso martinis at home.

But the product isn’t just your average coffee mixer, with Industry Beans’ signature cold brew blend combined with vanilla bean and orange peel extract to create a flavour profile with notes of citrus and a smooth, rich finish.

“Cold brew coffee is perfect for cocktails because of its pure, balanced profile — it’s a more refined drinking experience that mixes beautifully with other flavours,” says Industry Beans CEO and Co-Founder Trevor Simmons.

“It was an awesome process working with the team at Capi to bring this product to life, they share the same passion we have for high-quality, delicious products.”

The 500ml mixers have been packaged in recycled glass bottles and will be exclusively available online from Capi and Industry Beans, at Industry Beans stores and Amazon.

It marks the fourth mixer launch for Capi, which has been steadily expanding its range for at-home drinkers.

“We’re thrilled to see this collaborative project come to life and continue innovating within the cocktail mixer space, a category which has already shown huge potential in the three short months since it first launched,” says CAPI Group CEO Emma Evans.

The collection now spans spicy watermelon and low-sugar margarita mixers and charred pineapple daiquiri.
