Arkhé Chef Jake Kellie will host two lunches as part of the Adelaide Harvest Rock Festival at Rymill/Murlawirrapurka and King Rodney/Ityamai-itpina parks on 19 and 20 November.

Wildwood will see the Michelin-star chef team up with Australian Wine Critic Nick Stock for a curated food and wine experience.

“Wildwood will be a feast for both the palette and the senses. Think whole pieces of protein and gorgeous local produce hanging over the open flame,” says Kellie.

“I am stoked to be able to create this dining experience along with the legendary Nick Stock who will be pouring a curated selection of wines to match and bringing the good time vibes.”

The menu is inspired by Argentinian Chef Francis Mallmann’s take on shared dining with hanging meats, vegetables and grazing.

Lunch will kick-off with an AAA spritz upon arrival before a starter of raw kingfish with fermented jalapeno and grilled octopus accompanied by smoked aioli, baby potatoes and espelette.

For mains guests can enjoy a brined and fire-cooked lamb leg along with short ribs in a honey mustard pepper sauce.

To finish off dessert will feature glazed pineapple with rum sabayon and a BBQ strawberry tarte fine with vanilla Chantilly cream.

Each course will be paired with a Murdoch Hill Tilbury Chardonnay 2021 and Champagne Ayala Rosé NV consecutively.

“The paired drinks showcase utmost quality and are also tuned into contemporary palates,” says Stock. “Chardonnay and grenache are two of the hottest wines in Australia right now and will really elevate the dining experience.

“Ayala is a boutique Champagne house that makes one of the most delicious pink Champagnes and I am so thrilled to be pouring this at Wildwood.”

Tickets are priced at $285 per person with wine pairing and $185 without.

Lunches will commence from 12pm until 2pm.

Festival tickets are now on sale.
