The best bar talent from across the country will come together once again in 2023 for Australian Cocktail Month.
The nationwide program will see local and international spirits, mixers and liqueurs on show in drinks served across select bars in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra, Perth, Hobart, Newcastle, Gold Coast and Adelaide.
“Australia is brimming with creative and highly skilled hospitality professionals and I am proud to be able to celebrate and showcase this talent. May is a month to enjoy all the cocktails and planning is well underway,” says Founder Penny Sippe.
The festivities will kick off in May, marking year three of the festivities that’s all about fostering bar talent.
The public will be able to purchase Australian Cocktail Month tickets for $20 from early next year, which will provide access to a bespoke menu of drinks created for the event. Cocktails are priced at $14, with non-alcoholic options coming in at $10.
