SITA integration for Qatar Clients
Qatar Tourism (a branch of the Government of Qatar) mandates that all hotels operating in the region must share their up-to-the-date guest details with (Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques) SITA. As per its agreement with the Qatar Government, SITA’s e-platform monitors the performance of all accommodation facilities and the tourist movement across the region.
To help hotels with this, we have integrated our Hotel PMS with SITA. This arrangement enables hotels to share all guest data, including reservation details – created/modified/cancelled, check-ins/outs, and occupancy statistics in real-time.
Establishment Statistics Report complying with Dubai’s DTCM
We recently added this critical Establishment Statistics Report to our Hotel PMS. It is also a statutory requirement imposed by the Dubai Government’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM). Hotels operating in Dubai must upload this report on the DTCM portal in a specific format.
The authorities use this report to track a hotel’s revenue, occupancy, and taxes. It also allows them to determine the guest satisfaction rate in the emirate of Dubai.
e-Invoicing for hotels in Tanzania
In Tanzania, the government has implemented e-Invoicing to increase the compliance of taxpayers by encouraging invoice issuance as mandated by the Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA).
To help hotels operating in Tanzania with this, Hotelogix has implemented e-Invoicing through (VFD Tanzania -Virtual Fiscal Device) vendor. Virtual Fiscal Device is a new-generation online cash register substitute for Electronic Fiscal Device (EFD Machine). It validates the invoices captured through the EFDMS for authenticity before sending them to the TRA. It prevents errors, helping hotels issue the correct invoices to their customers.
This feature works for FrontDesk, POS V1.0 and POS V2.0.
Capillary integration for loyalty management
We know that having a well-thought-out loyalty program benefits your hotel business. It converts your new guests into loyal guests. And to assist you with this, we have integrated our Hotel PMS with Capillary Technologies, a leading SaaS solutions provider’s AI-powered intelligent loyalty platform.
Our Hotel PMS will automatically push all guest invoices to the Capillary platform. It will allow you to efficiently analyse guest spending, calculate point accumulation and reward redemption.
