The UK’s L’Enclume comes to Sydney this July

Bather’s Pavilion is set to host top British Chef Simon Rogan this July as L’Enclume takes up residency at the much-loved Balmoral venue. For five weeks, Rogan will serving up an eight-course menu alongside snacks and petit fours that showcase his sustainable and regenerative cooking ethos. The menu will feature complex dishes from Rogan, highlighting his ‘perfect ingredient’ philosophy that notions only the perfect dish can be crafted through growing the perfect ingredients.

Starwood and AJ launch lifestyle hospitality platform

Accor to open Wonil Hotel, the first handwritten collection hotel in Australia
